Lisa Couglan has 10 years of real estate experience in residential, commercial, and investment properties.

She grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. Both her parents owned their own businesses. Shortly after getting married, Lisa helped her husband open a construction company.

Lisa's first solo adventure was her own ice cream shop. She owned and operated the successful business for three years before selling it herself.

Buying and selling many homes with her husband’s construction company motivated Lisa to obtain a real estate license. In the 1st year she was one of the company's top 5 agents.

Following relocation to the Outer Banks, Lisa and her husband bought their first North Carolina business through a local broker. She and her family have enjoyed many successful years and multiple entrepreneurial adventures on the Outer Banks.

But, Lisa dreamed of more! A firm Helping People Buy and Sell "The American Dream".
